Have ordered from them multiple times and never been disappointed. They do gorgeous work, delivery is right on and the customer service is 100%, very responsive. Had one mix up on a vase that was sent out, called the shop to inquire and without hesitation they delivered another one in the very same hour, free of charge, and also included a box of truffles with a nice personal note added on. You just can’t beat that kind of service these days, it’s very rare and it’s appreciated, that’s what makes for loyal customers. Thank you for that.
